1 Head Cauliflower
1 cup 1% Milk
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
1 Tablespoon Butter
1/2 Cup Frank's Red Hot Sauce
1/2 Cup Blue Cheese or Ranch Dressing
Heat oven to 450
Trim cauliflower into appetizer-sized bites and set aside
In a bowl, stir milk, flour, garlic powder.
Dip each piece cauliflower into batter and allow extra to drip off.
Place on greased baking sheet.
Spray top of florets with cooking oil.
Bake 18 minutes
Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat, add hot sauce and stir.
Toss cooked cauliflower in sauce and place back on cookie sheet and bake 5-7 minutes.
Serve with side of dressing.
