MSSU Honors Corn With Final Home WIn

Coach Robert Corn and the Missouri Southern Lions gave a dominating second-half performance against rival Pittsburg State Saturday night to send the legendary head coach out with style.
JOLPIN, MO. --

Seven lions hit double-figures in their 110-90 win over PSU. Leading the way was sophomore shooter Austin Wright and junior point guard Lane Barlow who each had 18 points.
MSSU led by 7 going into half, but the second told a much different story, as the Southern would go on a 15-2 run and wouldn't look back.
The win also secures a spot in Kansas City for the Lions in the MIAA Tournament.
Southern now hits the road for their final two games of the regular season.
