Orange Julius

From Quick & Healthy Cookbook

 

Ingredients:

8 oz nonfat plain yogurt

1 can (6 oz.) frozen orange juice concentrate

2 cups skim milk

1 tsp. vanilla extract

 

Blend all ingredients until smooth.

 

Yield: about 4 cups (6 servings)
